Returns & Privacy
Any Customer of the Simpson RamaDur Web Shop is entitled to unilaterally terminate the Agreement (return an order) without stating his/her reasons within 14 days of receiving the Product(s) ordered. To be able to exercise his/her right to unilateral termination of this Agreement (return), the Customer must notify the Seller of his/her decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement within the above time limit by making an unambiguous statement to that effect sent by mail, fax or e-mail, in which he/she should state his full name, address, and his/her telephone or fax number or e-mail address.
A request for unilateral termination of the Agreement should be e-mailed to orders@simpsonramadur.com or mailed to Simpson RamaDur d.o.o., PP 721, 10001 Zagreb, Croatia. The Seller will promptly confirm by e-mail to the Customer its receipt of the notice of unilateral termination.
After the Customer requests a refund, he/she will be contacted by Seller’s staff and provided with instructions on how to proceed to obtain a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the Product returned must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
If the Product is not in an appropriate condition (undamaged and in its original packaging), the Seller will not be able to grant the request for a refund and the Customer will be required to pay postage for reshipping the product to his/her home address.
If the Seller finds the returned Product to be in an appropriate condition after inspecting it, it will refund the Customer for the full amount paid by the Customer to his/her bank or credit card account, i.e. using the same payment method the Customer used to pay for the Product, no later than 14 days of receiving the Customer’s decision to terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
The Seller will not make a refund before the Product is returned to it and the Customer will be deemed to have performed his/her obligation when due if he/she sends or personally delivers the Product to the Seller or its person authorized to receive the Product within the above time limit. The Customer may return any item to Simpson RamaDur d.o.o. PP 721, 10001 Zagreb, Croatia, after his/her request for a refund is granted.
SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette no. 41/14), consumers are hereby advised that they may express their dissatisfaction with any product supplied or service provided by submitting a written complaint, our receipt of which we will promptly confirm in writing. You may mail your complaint to Simpson RamaDur d.o.o. PP 721, 10001 Zagreb, Croatia, or e-mail it to orders@simpsonramadur.com . The merchant is required to respond to a complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.
