Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order placement via Croatian Post (Croatia, Europe).
Please include your home address or another address where you would like the book(s) to be sent.
All shipping costs are paid by the customer. A tracking number and tracking information will be provided upon purchase.

We are sending the books from Croatia, Europe. For standard deliveries all customers ordering within Europe should receive the book(s) in the period of 2 to 7 days from the shipping date. For all orders outside of Europe, customers should receive their book(s) within a period of 10 - 21 days. Please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date for the delivery due to the post office policies on international shipping. Delays may occur due to international post traffic, customs controls, etc.

Important note!! - ¡Importante! All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or customs services for further information concerning custom duties or fees for your country.

Simpson RamaDur d.o.o. is not responsible for lost packages. We will do our best to make sure that the book will find a way to your address. All the books will be sent along with the tracking number, which will enable you to find its present location.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. In such cases, we will refund your order in the amount of the returned book(s) while the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you would still like to purchase books that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
